Training Golfdust - What is it?

There is currently a lot of interesting golfdust. This is because golf, suprisingly, has arisen on the internet as one of the hottest topics (if you don't include searches for adult material).

Why would this be? My theory is that people are becoming even more sedentary than before, and are taking up sports that require little to no exertion on their part. Golf fits this description.

The other theory is that the baby boomers are just about ready to retire (in about 5-10 years), and many see golf as their reward for having had to work hard for so many years. After all, golf doesn't appeal to most young, active individuals. It is a sedentaty, easy going "sport". Though in my opinion, it is hardly a real sport, and more of a spectactator sport.

In any case, what golfdust does is provide a very effective alternative to impact tape. Impact tape is used indicate where you have hit the golfball with your club. This is useful to measure your efficiency of swing and your accuracy.

Once you've hit the golfball, just examine your club, and based on the accuracy of your shot, you can see if you need to improve your form.

Many people find that by keeping the hips level and centered during the upswing, the coming down stroke will have more power. Of course what is power without accuracy? So make sure to keep your eyes on the ball during the full swing, without looking up too early after making contact.

Furthermore, a golf coach can be helpful. Many universities offer free coaching to alumni and town residents as a good will gesture.

So join the golf revolution! But don't strain too much, as golf is for the relaxed lifestyle seeker. Welcome to your retirement!
